The situation

Groupe SOGEBANK needed two consecutive annual publications to carry dense financial and institutional information in a form that remained credible and readable.

What made it difficult

Each edition contained several levels of information and needed its own visual expression without breaking continuity with the previous report.

What I understood

The challenge was not simply to design two publications. It was to create a reading logic that could guide people from overview to detail and remain recognizable from one edition to the next.

What I built

A repeatable editorial structure using grid, information hierarchy, navigation cues and recurring page patterns.

How it came to life

The structure was applied to the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 reports while allowing each edition to keep its own visual character.
